When personnel records are deleted from the Personnel Key Records database, they are automatically archived in an Archive database, always available for future reference, should the need arise.

The Archive database retains all of the functionality of the Personnel Key Records database for summarizing personnel key record assignments.

Personnel records in the Archive database can easily be restored to the Personnel Key Records database by the Administrator.
